Manufacturing

• We design and manufacture various inspection jigs such as IC test sockets and test heads on an OEM basis.
• We design and manufacture various electronic component inspection jigs such as IC/WL-CSP. We also accept OEM design and manufacture.

• Drilling of Φ20μm by ultra-precision machining. A high-resolution camera is linked to the machine body.
• We accept orders for component manufacturing, such as ultra-fine hole processing, from manufacturers of test probes and IC test sockets.

• ・Contract machining of mass-produced parts(Capable of machining 10 million probe holes per month)
• ・Contract processing of ultra-fine hole drilling(Available from Φ20μm)

Precision Measurement

• We meet tolerance standards using 3D image measurement.

Performance Test

• Performance testing using a network analyzer.

• We select, process and sell various materials required for manufacturing and processing inspection jigs.
